The department for patents and consultation on innovation and company founding perceives itself as an external service provider for medium-sized companies and universities.  


  On the road to a new product or the market, our core offer is comprised of the evaluation, protection, and realisation of innovation plans or a growth target. In the framework of such projects, we realise, for our clients, a technological or economic evaluation, compile business plans, or search for first licence partners and co-investors.  

Examples of such innovation projects are given in the database "www.hipo-online.de", where the innovations of all Hessian Universities are compiled.

The department of patents and consultation on innovation is exclusive license partner and attends 5 of the 10 Hessian Universities and 2 of the 3 Hessian University Hospitals.
